Your data is stored on secure servers located in Germany (Hetzner). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access to reports and photos is restricted to users within your organisation.
Inspection reports and uploaded photos are retained for 90 days by default. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
We use AI language model APIs to generate inspection report text. Report data is transmitted to these services for processing and is not retained by them for training purposes.
